Returns Policy

Ergovibes is committed to providing high quality products. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase or there appears to be a factory fault or damages, please note the following policies for what to do next:

1. Faulty Product: Should a product appear to be faulty upon receipt, ErgoVibes will repair or replace the product or part thereof at it’s own discretion. The fault must be reported in writing to Mike@ergovibes within 24 hours of receipt.

2. Assembly Damages: ErgoVibes does not cover damaged caused by faulty assembly by the customer. All products are easy to assemble, and clear assembly instructions are sent with each product. Ergovibes cannot be held responsible for damaged caused during assembly.

3. Damaged in Transit: Should a product be damaged in transit, ErgoVibes must be notified in writing with in 24 hours. The product will be repaired or replace provided the Ergvibes courier service was used for delivery. External delivery arrangements do not fall within this policy.

4. Customers Inspection: It is the customers responsibility to inspect the goods on delivery. The customer acknowledges by signing the delivery note that the goods were received in good order. Any damage must be noted on the delivery note.

5. Change of Mind: ErgoVibes allows for change of mind returns under the following conditions:

• Ergovibes is notified within 14 days of the intention to return goods

• All shipping costs to return the goods to Ergovibes is for the customer’s account.

• The item is to be unopened and undamaged upon return.

• Refunds take place at the discretion of ErgoVibes Limited, 14 days after the goods have been retuned.

ErgoVibes reserves the right to update the Returns Policy at any time and without notice.

Shipping Policy:

1. All orders over $599-00 incl GST are delivered free of charge to any ground level locations across North Island.

2. All orders under $599 Incl GST carry a flat delivery fee of $40+GST, this includes order for the South Island.

3. For above ground deliveries and rural locations a separate shipping quotation will be provided before delivery.

4. Delivery lead times are estimates only. Estimates can be given upon request.

5. Deliveries take place usually 3-5 working days from date of dispatch.
